MNT70 billion is planned to be
spent on building 86 facilities in the education sector and on repairing 211
schools and kindergartens this year. Of this MNT60 billion is from the United
Nations Children’s Fund and the Asian Development Bank, while the state budget has
allocated the remaining MNT10 billion.

Besides this, the World Bank is
paying for the construction of 40 kindergartens, 19 of which will be in Ulaanbaatar
and one each in every aimag center.
