The
Democratic Youth Union (DYU) under the DP recently organized a conference in
Darkhan-Uul, where 100 young people from aimags in the central region —
Darkhan-Uul, Selenge, Orkhon, Bulgan and Tuv – exchanged opinions on “The
Mongolian Young Citizen – 2020”. DYU President and Deputy Minister for Foreign
Affairs, B.Bolor, DYU Vice President Ts.Baatarkhuu and others also attended the
conference.

The
discussion at the conference focused on what the expectations were for a
typical Mongolian young citizen in 2020. Stress was laid on five aspects: life
and education, employment and income, use of alcohol, development of innate
skills, and freedom from corruption.

DYU
managing officials said they were compiling all suggestions and opinions.
