B. Tserendorj Street, across
Peace Avenue in front of the State Department Store wears a new look. Some 4000
m² of pavements have been repaired, and the fountain on the square has
resumed working. Benches and trash cans are in place, and grass has been
planted in 2500 m². 36 lamps have been put in and the Beatles
monument has been repaired.  

The entire work was financed by MNT500
million from the state budget in and MNT70 million from investment sources.
