Supreme Court Ts. Zorig yesterday explained that he does not have the authority
to review any ruling by the court. He was commenting on a request addressed to
him by the Chief of Monitoring Committee of the MPP, L. Dondog, and the Chief
of its Ethics Committee, N. Tsagaankhuu, to reconsider the “illegal registration
of the MPRP”. Zorig said the Supreme Court decision was in accord with the law
on political parties.
