Following an amendment passed in the Spring session, the fee
payable to the administration court for changes, complaints, corrections and
revisions has become prohibitively high. In some cases, the earlier fee of
MNT550 has gone up to MNT70,200 from July 4.

If an official makes a wrong
entry in a social insurance passbook, the citizen concerned would have to pay
MNT70,200  to get it corrected. In some
cases, however, such as when asking for a new ID card, the rates have not
changed.
