The Monitoring Council of the MPP
has asked the Supreme Court to review its recent decision to register a new
group as the MPRP. The MPP feels allowing the registration violates a provision
of the Civil Law. It is also against the practice followed in other countries.
The MPP feels use of the name MPRP will allow the new party to mislead people.
