According to data released by the National Statistics Committee,
industrial production increased by MNT87.9 billion or 10.4% in June, 2011 over
June, 2010. Total production was worth MNT936.4 billion.
Production was higher in cashmere, knitwear, carpet, steel, meat,
alcohol, juice, beverage, beer, tobacco, cement, concrete and mining. Money
supply at the end of June reached MNT5772.6 billion, rising by MNT343.7 billion
or 6.3% over May.
