Mayors of the happiest cities have been participating in the ‘World Cities Partnership’ forum which is taking place in Ulaanbaatar. The event is part of project by the Asian Development Bank entitled ‘Improving Ulaanbaatar City Planning’. The forum opened in Ulaanbaatar today (2nd September) and will last two days.

Delegates from more than 20 cities such as Yokohama (Japan), Hanoi (Vietnam), Paris (France), Calgary and Edmonton (Canada) are participating in the event. These cities have been ranked as the happiest on Earth.
