Today’s regular meeting of the Government mostly discussed petroleum issues, including the general state policy, establishment of a refinery, excise taxes on some petroleum products and a draft law on oil.

It also discussed customs tax and VAT exemption for energy imports from Russia and China by the state-owned West Region Energy System.
