The Civil Matters Section of the Supreme Court yesterday refused to register the amendment of rules of the Green Party, requested by D.Basandorj and O.Bum-Yalagch. The court ruled that been some provisions in the amendment were not discussed at the party meeting on June 18, 2011 and were not included in the records of the meeting.

The court also ruled that the meeting had not been held according to requirements under the law on political parties.
