Naadam begins today and this year
the people will also be celebrating 2220^th anniversary of the first Khunnu
State. Children’s archery contest will begin on July 9 and this would mark the
start of the men’s three naadams.

Yesterday, 1,000 morin khuur players
performed at Sukhbaatar Square in the opening ceremony of Mongol Nation’s
Culture Days. A two-day conference on the revolution of 1921 and a historical
