A London court is hearing the appeal of B.Khurts, Administration Chief at the National Security Council, against the order for his extradition to Germany. Yesterday’s session was spread over more than ten hours with the two sides clashing over new evidence from Mongolia to support Khurts.

Alun Jones is defending Khurts and Sir E. Lauterfaht is appearing for the Government of Mongolia. Mongolian Ambassador to Great Britain B.Altangerel, Consul N.Bataa and State Secretary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade D.Tsogtbaatar attended the hearing, which continues today.
