advocate O.Baasankhuu to the State Supreme Court to re-examine the issue. The
Supreme Court earlier referred to the Constitutional Court a provision in the
law on political parties that would have a bearing on the case. Last week the
Constitutional Court ruled the provision was not against the Constitution and
asked the Supreme Court to decide on the original case.
