Honored lawyer B.Chimid, who played a major role in
framing the country’s Constitution, was among the participants at a meeting in
Government House on Thursday on the development of Mongolian legislation.
Speaking on problems facing the Constitution, he said since 1995 the
Constitution Court has reviewed 69 complaints about Parliament’s violation of
the Constitution.

The meeting also discussed how public and private rights are
protected.
