The Chief of the Representatives Managing Council of the erstwhile Anod Bank, N.Enkhtur, and two of its members, N.Davaa and E.Gur-Aranz were today released on bail. They were in jail for misappropriating bank funds and for selling counterfeit shares to 1,200 people. The former Executive Director of the Bank, L.Ulambayar, was granted bail some time ago.

Additional investigation into their case has been finished and prosecutors are reviewing these.
