The Supreme Court,
the Anti Corruption Authority and a UN project together reviewed the status of
implementation of the UN convention against corruption on Monday. The Director
of Research Center of the Court, Ch.Nyamsuren, spoke on how the convention aims
to curb corruption among public officials, the difficulties of monitoring such
corruption and identified the measures to be taken for its better
implementation. It was decided to compile data more effectively and to strengthen
legislative organizations’ understanding of the convention.
