As part of the cooperation program between the General
Police Department and the Human Rights National Commission, the two
organizations jointly organized an event on May 14 for workers of the Criminal
Complaint Registration Office. Commission representatives explained the laws
about domestic violence, which actions at home violate human rights, and what behavior
constitutes torture.
