The hearing of the appeal of B.Khurts, head of
Administration at the National Security Council, scheduled for May 13 has been
postponed to June 21 and 22 as the judges in the London court  found it will take more time to get ready all
the documents received from Mongolia. Khurts is appealing against his
extradition to Germany on a charge of kidnapping a Mongolian citizen from
Europe in 2003.
