The Chief of the Nuclear Energy Authority (NEA), D.Enkhbat, has denied reports in the foreign media that the USA and Japan have held talks with the NEA to store spent nuclear fuel in Mongolia.

 “The NEA has not talked to anyone,” he asserted, adding, “Who wants to keep others’ waste especially nuclear waste?”
