The National Statistics Committee counted state organizations between April 15 and May 1. This is done once every five years. Of the 2,454 organizations registered, 239 were ignored on some legal ground or another, and the exercise listed 2215 organizations. These include companies, associations, cooperatives (both state-owned and the locally-owned), and budget organizations.
