The Court of Ulaanbaatar city today heard the appeal of Minister for Nature, Environment and Tourism L.Gansukh against dismissal of his complaint against journalists A.Baatarkhuyag and G.Uyanga. The Court of Sukhbaatar district ruled on March 24 that Baatarkhuyag had not libeled Gansukh by writing that the Minister bought an expensive house in Zaisan after the Oyutolgoi investment agreement had been signed.
