Minister of Mineral Resources and Energy D.Zorigt and L.Baigal, Executive Director of the NGO Responsible Mining for Stable Development, yesterday signed a memorandum of cooperation, seeking to prepare standards for mining companies that fulfill the demands of state policy and to raise public awareness of responsible mining.

Both sides feel there is a need for understanding and cooperation between the Government, civil society and mining companies and want to work for this.
