One Democracy association has organized a discussion on citizen–oriented development jointly with the DP of Bayanzurkh district in Officers’ Palace on April 30. A similar discussion was earlier held in Khentii aimag. The focus of the discussion will be on citizens’ involvement in development, which is essential to the concept of participatory democracy. The civil society has to be strengthened as indicated in the Constitution.
