Ya.Sod-Erdene has been appointed Chief of the Information Technology Office. He worked as Deputy Chief of Implementing Agency under the Mayor’s Office for the last ten years.

He graduated from National University of Mongolia as an electronics engineer in 1996 and also did a master’s course there. He worked as an engineer in Khet LLC from 1996, in Aikon LLC from 1998, as a Director of Exp LLC from 2000 and an IT specialist in the Mayor’s Office from 2001, where he contributed to the installation of the e-governance program.
