The next hearing in the case of B.Khurts, Chief of Administration at the National Security Council, has been fixed for May 13. Khurts has appealed against a court ruling on February 18 ordering his extradition from Britain to Germany.

No one from the Government working group on the issue, headed by Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade B.Bolor, will be going to London to watch the proceedings. All necessary documents have been sent to Khurts’s lawyer.
