Delegates from Laos headed by the Vice President of Women’s Union of Laos are visiting Mongolia on an invitation from the DP Democratic Women’s Union. They will be here for a week and study the work of NGOs and other organizations led by women. They have already met with the Secretary General of the DP, B.Erdenebat, and the party Secretary, B.Urgamaltsetseg, to learn about the Mongol Citizen 2020 program and how it will help citizens. They have also met with the Advisor to the President, Ch.Sosormaa, and paid a visit to the Civil Chamber. Among other important people they have met are Deputy Minister for Education, Culture and Science Ch.Kulanda and the Director of Mongolian National Public Television, Ts.Oyundari. 

The Lao delegates saw the parliamentary journalists’ working room when they visited Government House. They also went to a herder household in Tuv aimag.
