Minister for Nature, Environment and Tourism L.Gansukh yesterday announced several projects related to the Tuul and Selbe Rivers and to water supply to be taken up shortly.  Chungsuk Engineering of South Korea will pave the banks of the Tuul and also prepare a technical and economic feasibility study of building a dam on the Selbe. Once the dam is built, a project will be taken up to treat waste water in Sonsgolon.

The Ministry also plans to start using Japanese technology in 2012 to reduce pollution of water in Altanbulag, Tuul and Songino areas. Later, a clean water reservoir will be built in 2015.
