The Ministry of Justice and Internal Affairs is implementing a World Bank program to create better public awareness of laws and legal services available to the people. As part of this, all laws will be produced in Braille and be available in public libraries and local library branches, at the Training Center for Blind People, at special schools for visually impaired children, and at the National Union of Blind People.

This help for blind people is part of the International Convention on the Rights of Disabled People, and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. So far, the Government has prepared the civil law, the law on labor, the criminal law and the law on family in Braille.
