Minister for Finance S.Bayartsogt visited building material factories in Khutul in Saikhan soum of Selenge aimag over the weekend. The cement and lime factory there was established in 1984, and produced 219,000 tons of cement and 40,200 tons of lime in 2010. The managing officials of the factory explained to the Minister how they use proper technology, keep accounts, explore raw material reserves, and market their product.

Bayartsogt also visited the ferro-concrete factory established by Ulaanbaatar Railway. It manufactures 20 items for use in railway, auto roads, bridges, water embankments, and buildings.
