M.Enkhbold, Deputy Prime Minister and Chief of the National Committee of Apartments (NCA), yesterday reported to the Government meeting his plans on construction of apartment and infrastructure. The NCA wants to spend MNT437.8 billion on this, including processing of blueprints.

 Enkhbold hopes to raise the money from three sources. First, he asked the Minister for Road, Transportation and Urban Development, Kh.Battulga, and Mayor G.Munkhbayar to issue a long-term loan of MNT216.6 billion to the Apartment Finance Corp. Second, he urged Minister for Finance S.Bayartsogt to allocate MNT221.2 billion every year from the state budget for the purpose, especially for construction of infrastructure and buildings for public use. He also asked the Chief of the National Development and Innovation Committee, Ch.Khashchuluun, to consider a bond sale to raise money for apartment construction.
