The new Appeal Court of Administration Cases began work today in the building that houses the Labor and Social Welfare Office of Ulaanbaatar City. The court has 29 employees, including seven judges, selected from among 30 applicants. The Court Professional Committee made the selection and the President appointed them. The Government meeting on March 2 decided to establish the court.
The Court of Administration Cases was established in 2004 to resolve disputes in administrative matters.
