Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade G.Zandanshatar, Minister for Health S.Lambaa and Director of Asian Board B.Ganbold today informed media about the results of Prime Minister S.Batbold’s official visit to South Korea. Zandanshatar listed the several agreements in politics, trade, economy and defense concluded during the visit.

South Korea will give a grant of USD23 million to support human development and the economy.  Another agreement was to consider further relaxation of visa rules, the ultimate goal being mutual visits to the two countries without visa. President Lee Myung-bak will pay an official visit to Mongolia.

The two countries would also cooperate in developing infrastructure, mineral resources, media technology, technology and economic clusters.

The Prime Minister expressed some concern about Mongolians in South Korea and tye host Government agreed to relax regulations in some areas.
