The National Committee on Air Pollution Reduction yesterday held a closed-door meeting at the Citizens’ Hall, the reason for the secrecy being that it discussed internal matters. The committee was set up earlier this month but the Chief of the President’s Office, G.Battulga, who is its head, had been too busy to discuss its work plan and other issues. The committee wants to reduce the number of coal stoves in ger districts by providing households electricity during the night at half the normal price.
