G.Oyuntsetseg and B.Khishigbaatar, advocates for the Chief of the Anti Corruption Authority, Ch.Sangaragchaa, who has been detained in Gantskhudag for six days, will appeal against the judgment. They can do this within two weeks of the original verdict.

Sangaragchaa has been sentenced to 2.4 years in prison, while the ACA Deputy Chief, D.Sunduisuren, and the Chief of its Executive Board, U.Altangadas, have both got a 2-year prison term. All three have been sentenced for betraying secrets and violating their executive authority.
