Young journalists will meet in Nukht complex on March 28 as part of the program for the UN International Youth Year. It has been jointly organized by the Youth Advisory Committee of the UN, the Mongolian Students’ Union, and the Media Offices of the President, the Prime Minister and the Speaker.
Representatives of media organizations of the state and of NGOs in Ulaanbaatar, radio, television, newspapers, websites and teachers and students of universities and institutes that train journalists would take part in the conference. Its objectives are:
• To raise media role and participation and increase youth participation in society
• To allow more participation of media in activities of the National Youth Council
• To train and provide more experience to young journalists.
