The Court of Sukhbaatar District is today hearing the complaint of libel made by Minister for Nature, Environment and Tourism L.Gansukh against  D.Baatarkhuyag  who wrote on March 3, 2010 that the Minister had bought a house worth USD1 million in Zaisan after the Oyutolgoi agreement was signed. Both parties had on earlier occasions sought postponement of the trial on different grounds, and the court has now said the trial would proceed without the presence of either the plaintiff or the accused.
