National Statistics Committee has said turnover from foreign trade with 96 countries reached USD1031.5 million at the end of February, 2011. Of this, USD415.9 million was in exports and USD615 million in imports. Total turnover was USD423 million or 69% more than in February, 2010, with imports increasing 2.1 times and exports 33.4% or by USD104 million.
At the end of February, 2010, 55.7% of the total trade was with China, 20.2% with Russia, and 24.1% with other countries but one year later, the figures are 50.2%, 16.8% and 33.0% respectively.
