M.Bundmaa has moved one place up in world judo ranking. Her bronze medal at the World Masters in Baku, Azerbaijan on January 15 and 16 put her in the fourth place but after winning the gold medal at the Paris Grand Slam on February 5 and 6 she is third in the 52-kg category. Misato Nakamura of Japan is No. 1 with 2140 points, while Bundmaa has 1032 points.

Another Mongolian, P.Lkhamdegd, is ranked 16th in the -78 kg category with 456 points.
