In her reply to the demand submitted by Civil Fair Court NGO on February 23 for an “explanation of the arrest of B.Khurts”, Chief of Administration at the National Security Council, the British Ambassador to Mongolia, Ms. Thorhilda Mary Vivia Abbott-Watt, has said that the British court is yet to give its final ruling in the case and so nothing can be said until Khurts’s appeal against his extradition to Germany is disposed of.

She has also expressed her confidence that the arrest will not affect the two countries’ diplomatic and trade relations.
