The 60th anniversary of the foundation of a journalists’ organization in Mongolia is being celebrated these days. Some volumes of the 99-volume “The Best Mongolian Writings” were gifted to Journalism Faculties of institutes and universities and to libraries on the occasion.

The entire set will be formally released today at a ceremony at the Ulaanbaatar City Central Library named after D.Natsagdorj. Later a meeting will be held in the State Academic Theater of Drama where the best journalists will receive awards from the United Association of Mongolian Journalists. The meeting would be followed by a concert.
Journalists from Ulaanbaatar and 21 aimags will attend a training at the Montsame Agency on March 5, aimed at helping them improve their writing skills.
