MP Ts.Shinebayar has accused Minister for Justice Ts.Nyamdorj of violating the law in the matter of the newly formed political group seeking registration as MPRP. He says the Minister, as a member of the Courts’ General Council, should not express any opinion on anything that is under the Supreme Court’s consideration, but Nyamdorj has publicly criticized those who established the political party, and also commented that the Supreme Court would refuse to grant the new group the name MPRP. Shinebayar said this was a blatant move to influence the court.
