Monitoring officials from the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry have found several flaws with the work of companies responsible for stocking 12,000 tons of meat for Ulaanbaatar, for retail sale. Some companies have not supplied the contracted meat while some others have not followed the right methods of production way. Bagakhangai LLC has been named as one of the worst offenders on both counts.

The companies are paid MNT500 for a kg of meat by the Government.
