Senior mining engineers are going to ask the Government to grant licenses for longer terms than at present and also to make it mandatory for companies seeking a license to employ professional geologists, exploitation engineers, and enrichment and ecological specialists. They also plan to approach the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science to reform the system of training mining specialists and to train specialists who could work in many sectors.
