Prime Minister S.Batbold today spoke at the opening ceremony of the Mongolian-Australian Business Forum attended by 120 Australian companies, of which 80 worked in mining and most of the rest in agriculture.
Deputy Minister of Transportation and Urban Development Purevdorj, Deputy Minister of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry J.Saule and related officials accompanied Batbold at the Forum.
The Chief of the National Development and Reform Committee, Ch.Khashchuluun, explained the Government’s long-term policy on development of mining and infrastructure and the Deputy Head of Mongolian National Chamber of Trade and Industry, M.Oyunchimeg, described the investment environment.
The Prime Minister answered questions on the Tavantolgoi IPO and the Mongolian Stock Exchange.
