British Court of Westminster of Great
Britain has decided to transfer B.Khurts, Chief of Administration at the
National Security Council of Mongolia, at the final trial of primary court on
February 18 along request of Germany.

After reading court decision, the judge Mr.
Pardey has reminded Mongolian side could appeal and if Mongolian side would not
appeal in two weeks, B.Khurts would be transferred to Germany within 17 days.

D.Tsogtbaatar, the Secretary-State of the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, B.Altangerel, the Ambassador from
Mongolia to Great Britian, D.Gankhuyag, the Director of the Consulate in
London, Ts.Bolor, the Special Proxy and Ambassador, N.Bataa, the Advisor
Consular, Sarnai, the spouse of Khurts, and their son attended the trial.
