State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, D.Tsogtbaatar, will attend the next hearing of the trial of B.Khurts, Chief of Administration at the National Security Council, in London on February 18.

Khurts, who has been in a British prison since his surprise arrest at Heathrow Airport in September, is reported to be in good health. The court has held three hearings in his case. He was arrested on the strength of a European Union arrest warrant relating to alleged human rights violation in France and Germany in 2003.
