Chief of Administration at the National Security Council B.Khurts’s issue to transfer him to Germany has been seven times discussed by Court of Magistrate of Westminster of Great Britain. Our reporter talked to B.Bolor, the Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade and Head of working group of Khurts’s issue.

What is special of Khurts’s the seventh trial?

The seventh trial or primary court to transfer Khurts to Germany has been concluded on February 2. Advocate Alan Johns has introduced additional documents while Great Britain’s officials have explained that Khurts’s arrest was along EU laws. Considering on two sides documents and explanations, judges have decided to ultimately conclude issue on February 18 after checking some documents and issues.

There is data that if Great Britain would follow the Constitution of the EU, Khurts may be sentenced in UK. How about it?

The accusatory trial of Khurts has not been completed yet and if judges would decide arrest of Great Britain is right, Khurts could be transferred to Germany. If Khurts would be transferred to Germany, German court could initiate criminal issue. But we hope Khurts would arrive in Mongolia.

We concluded that advocating activity from Mongolia has well been during completed hearings.

Why Khurts can not take bailment? His spouse is pregnant and would give birth soon.
