An amazing victory for the Mongolian women’s team as Bundmaa Munkhbaatar, who is a winner of the World Championship bronze medal and an International master, to become the first Mongolian, man or woman, to win gold in 52kg category in Grand Slam of International Judo Federation in Paris. Gold medal is awarded by USD5000.

She got a bye in the 1st round, defeated Italian Rosalba Forchiniti in the 2nd round, Finlandian Jaana Sundberg in the 3rd round, French Bonna Penelopp in the 4th round and defeated French Priscilla Gneto in vasari for silver medal wrestling.  Bundmaa defeated Algerian Soraya Haddad, who is a three times winner of African Championship, for gold medal wrestling.
