Matter of secret reveal and activity distortion of Chairman of Anti-Corruption Authority /ACA/ Ch.Sangaragchaa, Deputy Chairman D.Sunduisuren and Executive Department Chief U.Altangadas have been transferred from Ulaanbaatar Prosecutors Board to Court of Sukhbaatar district 16 days ago. Judge M.Aldar will chair the trial and Yo.Sagsai will accuse and O.Baasankhuu will defend but trial date is not determined.

If court will convict officials of ACA by court the officials would be sentenced by provision 87.1 of Criminal Law for five years imprisonment.
