The State Property Committee (SPC) and GTZ have signed an agreement under which the German Technical Cooperation organization, which is implementing a “Strategic Recommendation on Investment Policy”, will pay salaries to selected Mongolian professionals and train them. This follows a program adopted by the SPC to translate into reality the Government emphasis on partnership between the State and the private sector, especially after the adoption of the law on concession. The project will be fully implemented before the end of this year.
